Transitional lumbosacral anatomy (since birth)

I’m 57 and my lumbosacral fused on one side has made life not good all of a sudden…what can be done at home to help this ?

You want to make sure that your back does not bend much with activities- the bending should occur in your hips. Make sure they are stretched.
