The easiest and best way to perform a hip flexor stretch

In my humble opinion, one of the easiest and best ways to perform a hip flexor stretch.
To stretch the left hip flexors, place the right foot on an upper stair and lean forward. Can use rails for support. 30 seconds. Repeat with other side.

am doing same on flat terrain - i.e. resulting in a forward rather than upward movement and when in position, pushing pelvis forward :slight_smile:
