Hello everyone! I’ve been dealing with sciatica due to my piriformis muscle from a fall. Every time I lay down to sleep my calf starts to burn like crazy. (Yes I’ve used pillows under my knees, tried sleeping on my side with a pillow in between my legs) Nothing seems to help, I get 3-4 hours of sleep a night from waking up at 3AM and not being able to fall back asleep. Any ideas?
Side note: I am stretching, going to PT, chiro and acupuncture
