Badly botched 1/2 knee replacement, After 1 years, it's as if I never had the surgery. Need starter exercixes, etc

I had a 100% botched 1/2 knee replacement, that out me in the hospital for major infection, and a piqline for months. Knee is 10% better, thought not stroger and afraid of doing anything that would help, as I wouldn’t know where to begin, Thx
